Responsibilities:
- Produce clear engaging marketing communications for print and web. This will include promotional items, social media, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed;
- Assist the Events and Education team with social media campaigns;
- Provide event logistical support;
- Be creative, resourceful, proactive, and friendly;
- Any other duties assigned by the Director of Education and Events
- Knowledgeable of Chicago area media outlets
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with a team
- Must be able to define and work to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have at least one year of marketing, communications, public relations, or business experience
- An applicable path of study
- At least one year of undergraduate studies
