The National History Center Internship Program welcomes students to help us bring history into broader public conversation about current events and the shared futures of the United States and the wider world. We expose history students to the varied possibilities for careers in history. Our interns work on the Center’s Congressional briefings program, communications, and nonprofit management. The skills they gain during their time with us help them pursue careers inside and outside the field of history.
This page follows the past and present experiences of undergraduate History students at Loyola University as they intern at cultural institutions around the Chicago area.
